I will source competitive quotations from any contractor. Once a builder is confirmed, I arrange to have formal contracts signed. When the work commences on site I make regular site visits to assess progress, quality and recommend suitable payments to the builder. When the work is complete I produce a snag list for the builder to attend to and arrange for the builder to finish the work. You then release the final payment.
